Neal's Yard это небольшая улочка, между улицами Shorts Gardens и Monmouth Street. Название свое она получила в честь застройщица 17 века - Томаса Нила. В данный момент в Neal's Yard входят несколько кафе здорового питания несколько магазинчиков Neal's Yard Remedies (косметика), Neal's Yard Dairy (сыры) and World Food Cafe (кафе).
Neal's Yard is a small alley in Covent Garden between Shorts Gardens and Monmouth Street. It is named after the 17th century developer, Thomas Neale. Now contains several health food cafes and some retailers such as Neal's Yard Remedies (cosmetics) , Neal's Yard Dairy (cheese) and World Food Cafe.

Harrods is also famous for decorating their shop in amazingly beautiful ways. Last Christmas-New Year they had all the main female characters from fairytales, such as Snow White, Cinderella, Rapunzel and many others. I don't want to write more, so I will just show you the pictures.
Харродс также известен по своим украшениям. На прошлое Рождество и Новый год, например, они воспроизвели женских персонажей из сказок. Тут и Рапунцель, и Белоснежка с Золушкой... Не буду моног разглагольствовать, такое лучше один раз увидеть :)

Like you can understand from the title in this post I want to talk about the Christmas trees that you can see in the streets of London.
The Tree in Trafalgar Square is provided by the mayor of Oslo to the London mayor every year since 1947. Typically it is a 50-60 years old Norwegian spruce.
So, inspired for many years I was crazy to see it.
Christmas is on 25 of December and traditionally ends after 12 days after on 6 of January.
Как можно понять из заголовка, в этом посте мне хотелось бы показать и рассказать о новогодних елках, которые можно найти в Лондоне.
Ёлку на Трафальгарскую площадь ежегодно присылает мэр Осло. Обычно это ель 50-60 лет. Впечатляющее, правда?
Празднование Рождества (а это главный праздник у католиком и Church of England) - 25 декабря и рождественские выходные заканчиваются 6 января.

Sometimes, when I feel sad I sit and retouch photos, that I find on the internet. To be clear, the dodge& burn method can take 3 hours of your time, frequency separation is faster, but the result is sometimes not as great as first one.
В редкие моменты скуки и безделия играюсь с обработкой фото, найденных на просторах интернета. Чтоб не казаться лентяйкой, метод dodge&burn занимает от 3 часов, частотного разложения меньше, но результат не всегда так же хорош.

Streets in London have their own charm. I especially love the balance between old and modern buildings.
